Our 20-session training is structured into three progressive, focused stages designed to build natural fluency, workplace communication, and job interview confidence.

MODULE 01 • SESSIONS 1 TO 4

Foundation, Pronunciation & First Impressions

Stage 1: Speech Foundations

We start by removing the fear of making mistakes and eliminating the mental translation barrier. You learn the mechanics of English pronunciation and mouth placement so you speak clearly without faking an unnatural accent. We focus on building executive posture, vocal projection, and crafting an engaging, structured self-introduction (elevator pitch) for meetings, networking, and professional settings.

Crafting clear 30-second and 2-minute elevator pitches

MODULE 02 • SESSIONS 5 TO 14

Spoken Fluency & Workplace Conversations

Stage 2: Active Fluency

The core speaking engine of the program. Across 10 intensive sessions, you engage in practical conversation drills and real-world workplace scenarios. You will practice describing workflows and projects smoothly, sharing opinions and constructive suggestions using the PREP framework, navigating workplace disagreements politely, and eliminating conversational hesitation and verbal fillers ("um", "uh").

Automatic tense transitions without conscious grammar checking
Structuring opinions & constructive feedback (PREP method)

MODULE 03 • SESSIONS 15 TO 20

Job Interview Preparation & Capstone Graduation Project

Stage 3: Career Mastery

The final stage prepares you for high-stakes career opportunities and international job interviews. You will master behavioral interview questions using the internationally proven STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to talk about challenges and achievements with impact. Fellows undergo a live, simulated interview panel with recorded performance review, a diagnostic debrief to fix individual speaking habits, and complete a final Capstone Graduation Project to graduate with verified spoken confidence.
